    I plead no contest for the C1, and I plead not guilty for the kidnapping charge.

    @Asu40

    I would like to participate in sentencing should a guilty verdict be entered on either charge. The time and fine included in the summary indicates this has already been done by police, but just in case you wish to modify that, we want to be included in the process.

    After reviewing the charges and evidence provided by the BCSO/SASP and to defense presented to contradict said evidence. I hereby find Mr. Dayquan Smith "Guilty" of F3 (Kidnapping) and C1 (Capital Murder)
