    Incident Summary:
    On January 15th, 2020. BCSO witnessed a well-dressed man running around on Eclipse Blvd in the area of multiple CDS complaints. BCSO watched the man walk up to multiple civilians and interacted with them before receiving another CDS complain in the area he was. Deputies moved in and detained him. On further investigation deputies found an ID for Mr. Santi Lopez, they also found 29 bags of weed and 9 bags of Cocaine. Mr. Lopez admitted to trying to sell the drugs to people because of a man called "Davis" told him to. Mr. Lopez pleads guilty to possession to M64 however plead not guilty to the F35. Mr. Lopez was charged his guilty plea for 10 months and received a 5000 dollar fine. Mr. Lopez was furthermore remanded into custody for an extra 20 months with an additional fine of 10000 dollars for his not guilty plea.

    Mr. Black please review your evidence and your incident summary, they are not consistent as one states "9 Bags of Meth" and the other "9 bags of Cocaine"
