    Incident Summary:
    On 1/22/2020 Sheriff Davis initiated traffic on a Double T with no plate. Sheriff Davis made contact with the driver, identified as Antonio Garcia, who stepped off their bike. With him stepping off, Sheriff Davis patted him down for any weapons and found a 50 caliber pistol. Due to Mr. Garcia's felony status, Sheriff Davis placed Mr. Garcia in custody. Sheriff Davis then had the passenger, identified as Isabella Sanchez, step off the motorcycle for a routine pat down as well and found a standard pistol in her possession with one magazine filled with live ammunition. Sheriff Davis proceeded to place her in custody as well. Once the scene was cleared, Sheriff Davis transported Mr. Garcia and Ms. Sanchez to Mission Row and charged Mr. Garcia with F33. Mr. Garcia plead NOT GUILTY to the charge and was sentenced to 20 months in Bolingbroke with a $10,000 fine.

    I find there to be sufficient and probable cause in allowing this case to proceed.
