    Reasoning: I, Sgt Vincere would like to request as probations officer that Mr Steffson would be put on probation for a long time. Mr Steffson has been arrested for over 4 times of a C3 and multiple felonies over the past month. Incl illegal possesion of a firearm. This makes me think that Mr Steffson doesnt care about lives of anyone but himself or his friends and he is a danger to society and need to be kept an eye on.

    NOTICE
    From the Department of Justice

    It is the responsibility of the subject under supervision to read and adhere to the order that applies.

    STANDARD PROBATION ORDER



    (1) Conditions for Release Under Supervision (Probation);

    (1) Must keep the peace and be of good behavior
    (2) Can not possess, handle, buy, sell firearms or ammunition
    (3) Can not possess any illegal narcotics or control substances unless prescribed by a medical professional
    (4) Can not possess any illegal items
    (5) Attend any place as ordered by a Judge
    (6) Maintain gainful employment, and a place of residence
    (7) Must submit to searches of person & vehicle and owned residence as ordered by police, probation's officer
    (8) Must report to a probation officer in a timely manner when requested



    (2) Defaults

    During arraignment a Judge/Justice will issue an order for Release Under Supervision, this will place the defendant under the control of the Probation Office until the end of the trial.

    Judges have discretion over issuance and revocation of probation, along with conditions in the order. The issuance of a non-standard probation's order is called a "Modified Probation's Order". It replaces a Standard Probation's Order.

    Judges have discretion to place an individual on probation for extended time past the completion of the trial.



    (3) Penalties

    Any crimes committed while under the supervision of probation is an automatic charge for violation of probation.

    Any violation of probation is classified as M85, and includes;
    - violating the conditions of the parole order,
    - failure to appear to set court date,
    - can be upgraded to a felony violation M-85-F for the conditions listed below.


    ... Felony violation of parole is classified as M85-F, and includes;
    - commission of a violent offense,
    - fleeing, and or eluding police by any means,
    - carrying a deadly weapon,
    - carrying controlled substance(s).

    Order Expiration Date: 01/15/2020

    Judges may order an individual committing repeat violations of a probation order to be remanded until the completion of the trial.

    Mr Steffson has violated his probation
    he is currently on medical hold at Pillbox medical
    BCSO will be contacting the DA's officer due to his charges of C1, (Capital Murder)( C3 x4 Agg assault on a government official)- Void H

    He was charged with C3 during his actions at the Galaxy Club Shoot out

    Due to Mr. Steffson's constant parole violation's Mr. Steffson probation has been extended to 01/15/2020 and the original order has been updated.

    Mr. Steffson was arrested and charged by Sergeant N. Stonewall (BCSO) with M4 enhanced to a third-degree felony evading arrest or detention, to which he plead guilty on 01/08/19.

    After review Mr. Steffson's repeated probation violations, I will hereby will be issuing an arrest warrant for Mr. Steffson for 1 count of "M45 - Contempt of Court" with this charge Mr. Steffson is to be Held till Trial, upon the completion of trial a ruling will be made if he is to stay on permanent probation
