Blaine County Sheriffs Office Citizen Complaint Form The Blaine County Sheriff Office believes in good ethics and principles of every employee which is the very foundation of a professional organization. However, there are times when the public may be concerned with the actions of an employee. If you believe you have been treated improperly by an employee of the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office, you may file a complaint form with the Internal Affairs Office. It's required that all complaints against a deputy are made accurately and honestly. A complaint which is false or fraudulent, made with spite, hatred or ill will, which accuses an officer of misconduct, criminal conduct or incompetence will be labeled as false and a complainant can be charged with a criminal offense. A formal complaint must be filed within 10 days from the initial incident. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. COMPLAINT FORM Once the form has been submitted the complaint is reviewed by the Internal Affairs Team. You may be contacted by email or discord for an interview.
